DEBURGH - COMPLETE FINISHING SYSTEM

Capacity motorized finishing line.
Variable speed conveyor.
Going through approx 12 spray booths.
Was used for various application such as toning.
Staining.
Lacquering.
Glazing etc.
Includes 1 double oven and 2 other ovens.
Unit comes C/W air make up system.
All the fans for the exhaust.
Conveyor system is approx same as floor space that the system is standing on.
150' x 200' footprint at this point.
Length of rail is approx 1750'.
Has a centre drive device that pulls the cart with two wheels on either side.
Approx at 4" centres.
Rail stand approx 24" from the ground.
Trays are 70" x 34" are connected to the centre chain of the system.
Variable speed drive.
Approx 400+ of these trays.
Company manufactured furniture.
Cabinets were loaded on the trays and then sent throught the various spray booths and ovens standing in an upright position.
Complete spray system is on an upper level.
Cabinets are produced on the lower level of the building and then sent through the conveyor system to the upper level where they went through the various spray processes and then went down back to the packaging in the same conveyor line.
The dryers are George Koch & Son.
Each one has independant controls showing the Amp.
Approx 500,000 BTU.
Gas pressue 4WC.
Was heated with natural gas.
The controls are as follows.
Start for all the various motors.
Safety circuits.
Pre heat by pass.
Conveyor drive reset.
Exhaust fans.
Supply fans.
Pilot ignite.
Main controls.
Flame out.
Pre heat by pass.
With a control temp guage.
The ovens are approx 25'.
Spray booths about the same.
Spray booths are open and side ended for the conveyor system to pass through.
Price quoted is in the building.
Removal and removal of air make ups is not included in the price of the unit...
