  • High Frequency generator 30 kW equipped with solid state rectifiers located above curing section to conserve floor space, all controls on the infeed end of the unit \'with easy accessibility for the operators.
  • Hold back system is constructed very similar to the drive system and functions as a hydraulic brake, resisting or holding back the flow of material.
  • This resistance produces the required pressure for laminating.
  • Each of the lower tracks of the hold back system are coupled with an independent hydraulic motor.
  • The amount of pressure or hold back is adjustable for each track, pressure controls are located on the operator's control panel.
  • Drive system consists of (4) upper and (4) lower track assemblies and all edge pressure requirements applied hydraulically, the lower assemblies are fixed, while upper assemblies are pneumatically clamped to the material being processed.
  • Individual 19' long x 24" wide tracks both top and bottom, make contact with the material being processed, each track assembly is equipped with (2) pneumatic actuators allow (3) settings (left, right or both).
  • This feature allows the track to remain level when processing material that does not cover the entire track area.
  • The lower drive tracks are protected from excess adhesive overflow by a UHMH plastic shielding.
  • The top platen has downward pressure applied by (8) evenly spaced 5" diameter air cylinders.
  • 40 HP Hydraulic motor powers a 19 GIv1P pumping unit.
  • The system is equipped with oil-to-air electric fan driven heat exchanger.
  • The heat exchanger unit ensures the hydraulic system oil remains cool to extend component life and reduce maintainence,The hydraulic system is equipped with all necessary filtration, oil level, temperature and pressure gauges.
  • C/W infeed glue spreader and 15 HP flying cutoff saw to rip panels to the required width.
  • Cuts in both directions with the cutting unit being clamped to the material being processed.
  • The saw traverse is powered by a 2 HP electric motor with AC inverter drive.
