Capacity the end finisher precisely cuts to length then sands both ends of MDF parts to remove the protruding fibres which prepares the surface for finishing. The transfer finish is then applied completing the one-pass process. The feed system ensures proper holddown of the workpieces between the dogs on the belt and the hold down belt. The transfer finish is applied by an applicator wheel with automatic heat control. Capacity part specifications will foil 1-7/8" face width up to 8-1/2" wide. Length 6" to 80" max. Feed system operates at constant speed of 10.5 fpm. 1-1/2 HP drive. 35" feed height. Endless belt holddowns. Bottom chain with pop up lugs. Scoring bottom single high speed arbor. Cope spindle assembly has fine adjustment for precision alignment. Sanding spindle accepts special Voorwood sanding heads with replaceable abrasive refills.
