Description:
Capacity any size hollow core passage door and wardrobe door.
Full line includes panel laminator (Barberan), glue spreader (Black Bros.), presses (RL Williams) and double sided machine (Fletcher FT200EF) that sizes, end trims and edge finishes (dry foil transfer).
Laminator is used to laminate a 30 to 70 gram designer paper using white glue to hardboard or luan door skins us pt 49 inches in width.
Glue spreader is used to apply white glue to both sides of the stiles and rails and door core in what is known as a "wet lay-up" process.
Freshly layed-up doors are then placed in the presses for about an hour or two and then processed through the FT200 door sizer and edge shaper and edge filer machine.
This machine is double sided and includes all the tooling necessary to completely finish the doors
