Capacity infeed with a priming unit C/W safety curtains. For PVC or aluminun or any sub straite that needs priming. Passes through 2 infrared dryers. C/W Nordson slot coater Model # TC200 C/W read outs in LED for temperature and channel. C/W LED settings. Touch type screen for setting quantity of amount of glue required. C/W mechanical digital readouts for set up. Top mounted unwind coiler. 2nd infrared heater to stop the glue from drying once coated. Pre wired for 4 heat guns 2 on either side. C/W 21 rubber coated drive wheels. Safety stops. Aluminum bed and frame. Free standing control panel. C/W 2 heated pipes to connect pump to the machine. (does not include heat pump). This machine has NEVER been run. Comes with numerous spare tooling which has never been used. Machine is approx 19'L. 320 mm width capacity. Machine manufactured July 2003.
