Two sets of 10 bolt Ace Hydrolock heads with knives. 20' x 36" infeed section with gearhead motor. 24' assembly section with support stands. Three 7-1/2 HP retrim saws. Apquip glue assembly. Apquip pressurized glue head. Tri-State grinder. Set-up stand. Hydrolock grease gun. Dust extraction hood. Dust spyder. Will produce 16,000+ lineal feet per shift based on 12 - 14" length material. Thickness 5/8" to 2" (16 mm to 50 mm). Width 1-1/2" to 8" (38 mm to 200 mm). Length 4" to 36" (102 mm to 914 mm) -narrow chain. Profile section: Lugs available on 6". 9" or 12" centers. Variable feed speed up to 100 logs/min. Hydraulic powered board press. Available in lengths up to 40'. Rapid stop & cut assembly sections with pre-squeeze rolls to ensure high joint quality.
