Description:

Capacity 18 slot selects random ripped boards sized from 3/4" to 6" wide to make up panels for glue-up to an accuracy of 1/8" in total width.

Panel width is entered in hand-held terminal.

Boards are placed into slots where ultrasonic sensor scans boards.

The computer calculates each board width and advances boards that make desired panel size.

The selected lumber moves to a 20" wide X 16' long glue conveyor.

Product stops automatically at end of conveyor.

Can produce 7 panels/min.

Missing the glue roller.
