Description:
Capacity end trim. Top and bottom fine trim. Scraping and buffing, PLC controlled, 200 Hz electronic frequency converter, .4 - 3 mm band thickness. Maximum width of edgebanding 3 mm x 60 mm high, panel thickness 10 mm - 60 mm, minimum panel width 80 mm (3.5"), 4 kg. bottom mounted glue pot. Edgebanding coil feeds automatically to a maximum of 3 mm thick through a high powered guillotine, 5 roll pressure section, workstations include double motor end trim 0.35 kW (1/2 HP) at 12,000 RPM each, top and bottom fine trimming 0.7 kW (1 HP) at 12,000 RPM, top and bottom scraping unit with pressure disk to avoid damaging the material with air blowers to remove residue, top & bottom buffing unit which tilts 0º - 5º with air cleaning, 3 HP variable feed speed 12-40 M/Min (40-130 Ft/min.), double rubber roller pressure beam, automatic panel thickness protection, supplied with remote control jogging switch for ease of set up, C/W sound enclosure and outboard control panel.
