These can be quoted seperately, the machine comes supplied with one top mounted 8 gallon glue pot and one bottom mounted 8 Kg. hot melt glue tank, independent glue rollers for each application with pressure roller and doctor roller, easy setup of infeed to allow for differnt variations of mouldings, substrate profile width 10-300 mm (1/2- 12"), profile height 2-80 mm (.1-3-1/4"), minimum profile length 500 mm (20"), maximum wrapping width 300 mm (12"), 18' bed frame, approx. 12 sets of rollers with 2 rollers per set, manual opening, digital controls for applicator and tank tempreatures, variable speed 2-16 M/min., 1.5 kW drive motor, 6.6 kW heating power, .37 kW drives for the glue rollers, extra plugs for heaters, supports for rubber rollers used for wrapping, adjustable first roller, unspooling system with adjustable shaft, built in electrical cabinet, mounted control panel with thermostats.
