Capacity material width 3/8" to 5-7/8" max. 3-1/8" max. thickness. 2-1/4" max. foil stamping width. Variable feed speed. Powered steel rollers with spring loaded profile side guides convey material. Eye-level height operator control panel at infeed. Each station with: Profiled silicone rubber wheel foiling head and its own foil unwinding & rewinding unit w/tension control, foiling units are mounted on adjustable assemblies, which allows for precise vertical, horizontal and tilting movements. 7-3/4" diameter foil applicator heads with indirect Infra Red (IR) heating elements, with controlled timed "jump" activation and temperature control 0ºs - 350ºs C. Approx 1.6 kW power consumption for each head. Capable of foiling 20 FPM. Feed through Foil Roll on machine for "hot stamping" of linear profiles. Picture frames, moulding, furniture parts, etc., a vast variety of profiles can be decorated easily by hot stamping with this 3-station machine.
