Automatic spray system with backspray-technology is specially designed for high quality base and top coats as well as stains on the surface and edge with no overspray on the bottom of the workpiece. The overspray is collected and reused. Workpiece recognition system with photocell bridge with 60 cells which controls the activation of the spray guns. Infeed conveyor can be tilted and it is 1,650 mm long. Entire belt is 6,152 mm long with variable feed speed. Access door for spray guns. Total air intake 10,000 cfm/h. 2 x 8 ATX Kremlin guns can be mounted on two belt driven opposing sleds. C/W TCM 221/1 Boellhoff pump. Control cabinet with electronic controls.
