Note pricing supplied is for budget purposes only each application will have to be quoted on an individual basis and depends on location and complexity of the project. The example shown in the pictures and the video was an application using a used robot (which is subject to availability) and was used for unloading heavy RTA cartons. Capacity total turnkey robot workcell designed to accommodate pallets up to 48" x 72" and boxes up to 250 lb's including: Touch screen with PLC controls for easy operator interface. Gravity conveyors at exit of packaging line capable of handling 16" minimum wide boxes. Power conveyors to exit from cell once skid is loaded. Maximum skid width 48". End of arm tooling (end effector) uses fork lift style head to place pallet on conveyor. Utilizing the same head it will lift the packed boxes and place them on the previously located skid in any required configuration. This package included all safety guarding required to meet category 4 robot safety requirements. Some programming and training. Electrical drawings. Hydro approval and safety inspection. Robot supplied in this project was a 1995 Fanuc S-420WD with a payload of 150 kg and an RJ controller. Fully checked. Cleaned. Tested and painted with all the preventative maintenance completed. 3 month warranty supplied on the robot and 1 year on all other parts.
