Capacity conveyorized glue spreader, 400 mm (15 3/4") wide, conveyor with approx. 4' long infeed & 8' long outfeed, drip pan underneath the slat conveyor with angle iron jaggered tooth (to grip the material) slats mounted on approx. 3" centers, 0.75 kW (1 HP) drive motor, 10 M/min. feed speed, glue is poured into the pan under conveyor pick-up roller (doctor roller) which moves the glue to the applicator roller where it is transferred to the product, quantity of glue applied is determined by adjustment between pick-up roller and applicator roller, applicator roller is 130 mm diameter (5"), the glue applicator system is driven by a 0.75 kW (1 HP) motor, includes control panel with on/off buttons and a limit switch to automatically stop the pieces when they reach the end of the machine.
