Clamping. Grooving and boring the material in one continuous operation. Fast setup for grooving and boring. With precision mechanical indicators to 1/10 mm of accuracy. 4 high frequency router heads with drilling. Closes to a minimum of 5". Opens to a maximum of 48". Minimum width 1". Maximum width 4". One or two grooves per side can be selected. (other sizes available upon request). High-frequency motors with 1/2" collets. Adjustable from 12,000-18,000 RPM with electronic inverter. Cutler-Hammer Inverter. Precision linear bearings in open and closing base. Produces approximately 10 - 15 pieces/min. Requires one operator. 440 Volt 3 Phase. 20 Amps. 90 psi air required.
