Capacity this machine is used for the boring of baffles for speakers. The machine is hopper fed with up to 4 holes being made at the same time. The machine comes equipped with a scrap conveyor to remove the waste parts and a return conveyor to return the finished parts to the operator. The specifications are as follows: workpiece 10"-18" width. 12.5"-36" length. 0.375"-1" board thickness. Different size range can be made if requested; boring spindles (vertical mounting only) (4) pieces are supplied as standard with taper arbors for Cutterhead mounting -- (1) piece 7.5 HP 2500 RPM. (2) pieces 5 HP 5000 RPM. (1) piece 3 HP 9000 RPM; "Automatic" design adjustable size precision cutters for Taper Arbor mounting 8"-12" diameter range for 7.5 HP spindles. 6"-10" diameter range for 7.5 HP spindles. 3"-6" diameter range for 5 HP spindles. 1.5"-4.5" diameter range for 5 HP spindles; all cutterbits are carbide tipped for long life between re-sharpening; adjustable cycle time 6-12 sec. per piece; adjustable hydrocheck controlled air cylinder max. feed speed 30 FPM.
