Description:

Capacity includes 3 new (1985) heavy duty 18,000 RPM spindle units.

1/2" collet tooling adaptors.

All tooling required to dovetail drawer fronts.

Instruction manual and parts list.

2 HP spindle motor.

Oil mist automatic spindle lubrication.

Production rate as high as 300 drawer fronts/hr.

Double sided.

5" to 36" max. drawer front width.

2" to 6" max. drawer height.

3/8" to 1-1/4" max. thickness.

(3) 2 HP high speed spindles at 18,000 RPM.

(2) spindles automatically traverse in & out on the drawer front for machining a dovetail for mounting the drawer sides.

1-1/2" to 15" max. dovetail length.

The 3rd spindle automatically traverses left to right for the drawer bottom groove.

9/64" 3/16" 1/4" 5/16" cap.

Hydraulic movement of all spindles and hydraulic clamping.
