One drum on bottom of collector. Automatic pulse timer control. This square pulsejet cartridge type collector is designed and built for continuous duty operation and is of heavy-duty construction. 6,000 CFM @ 1.66:1 air to cloth ratio. Up flow velocity 153 fpm. Fan size 2000 (backward nclined wheel) class 4 to deliver 6,000 CFM @ 10" S.P. 12.2 BHP 15 HP TEFC 570 Volt // 3 Phase // 60 Hz. The collector is fully assembled at the factory and will be shipped intact. Lifting points are provided for handling and set up. The major subassemblies include the filter section. The hopper/leg section and filter removal through the side doors. Standard construction of the unit is 11-gauge cold rolled steel reinforced to maintain structural integrity to -25" W.C. all wiring. Air piping. Solenoid and diaphragm valves are mounted externally. Inlet and outlet are flanged for ease of ducting connection. Filter cleaning is "on line" by reverse pulse flow of compressed air. The 12 filters. 12-3/4 inch diameter x 36" are 16 oz/sq. yd. polyester media material with a permeability of 25 to 35 CFM/sq. ft. @ 0.50" w.c. differential. Filter media efficiency is 99.9%. Total filtration area is 3,600 sq. ft. (3) super-seal floatng access doors (access doors/explosion venting door). Control panel accross the line starter C/W timer board. (1) size 18" diameter silencer 8' L 20 dB attenuation. (2) sprinklers heads mounted in dust collector. This unit is designed primarily for very fine air borne dust. Specifically for aluminum and/or similar.
