Capacity 4' X 8' plastic covered table top with removeable panel for small stock convenience. 3/4 HP variable speed drive-chain driven or air operated pressure driven stock pattern. 8" diameter shaped silicone wheel externally heated. Driven by a 1/50 HP gear motor. Heat sensor will automatically cut heat on and off to maintain steady wheel temperature. Sensor checks the heat directly from the roll. Foil unwind spool with tension and up and down adjusting handknobs. Adjustable foil idler rolls. Foil rewind spool has slot for easy foil tie and removal. Driven by a variable speed torque motor. Adjustable air operated holddown with pivot idler wheel. Conveniently located up and down. In and out and tilting adjustment screws for fine adjustment. Front mounted control box with temperature control. Foil rewind. Vari-speed tension dial. Drive vari-speed dial. Air guage and regulators. Safety guards cover heating unit and all drive gear. Pulleys and sprockets. This table top foiler applies foil on serpentine flat edges. The part to be foiled is placed on a chain driven pattern that carries the part by a heated silicone wheel that is under pressure. The foil travels between the wheel and the part which transfers the color or print off of the foil onto the edge of the part. The machine will accommodate straight profiles or flat edges also by simply changing patterns and wheels.
