Takes no more than the space of a 4 X 8' piece of plywood, this machine can apply edges on straight panels with automatic through feed system and spreads the glue directly onto the panel, edgebanding up to 3 mm in coil form, 1 Kg. bottom mounted Teflon coated glue pot with 5 heating elements, cut off guillotine, end trim guillotine for front and rear of panel, top and bottom fine finishing with copying rollers, straight, bevelled or radius cutters can be used if required (not supplied), top and bottom buffing, mechanical digital read outs for ease of set up, sound enclosure with centralized dust collection and easy access to all working units, front mounted control panel with PLC controls. Electronic glue temperature control and automatic temperature stand by.
