Also includes 2 anti static sticks with adjustable controller. 1300 mm Heat Tunnel - Capacity 1300 mm wide by unlimited length. IR Heat tunnel with 4 air circulating fans and 3 heaters total heater power 16 kW. Max. thickness of board 125 mm. Maximum adjustable feeding speed 15m/min. Digitally adjustable temperature controls. 1300 mm UW Dryer - Capacity 1300 mm wide by unlimited length. 6 lamp UV dryer. Max. thickness 125 mm. Total power 30 kW. Maximum feed speed adjustable to 22m/min. Two 1100 mm lights that run perpendicular to the travel of the board can be adjusted up and down. 4-300 mm lights the are parallel to the board can be adjusted in and out. Automatic Spray Tunnel - Capacity 1300 mm wide by unlimited length. Max. thickness 125 mm. Feeding speed is variable from 0.5m/min. - 15m/min. Spray guns travel to a maximum of 80m/min. 8 spray guns (not included) but can be quoted separately. Air pressure 0.05 - 0.08 Mpa. Machine automatically measures the size of the board and only spray's for the length and width of the board. Also includes a belt cleaner with a recycling tray for re-using paint.
