This machine has been designed for spray painting profiles. Staves. Frames and splines. It can be used with water base paints or paints containing thinners. Nitro and polyurethane paints. Paints containing pigments. Acrylic paints. Mat and glossy paints. The machine is equipped with two spray stations each using two guns for total of four guns. One collection tray and a duct to immediately recover the product. The machine is operated by means of a central control panel. A PLC (Logic control program) automatically controls the opening and closing operating times of the spray guns in relation to the length of the pieces and feed speed. This allows for a considerable saving of product. Operation and adjustment are independent for each spray gun. Pieces are fed by means of solvent-resistant conveyor belts. The conveyor belt drive is guaranteed by a timing belt driven by a gear motor. The fumes exhaust fan consists of a box. Filters and an electric fan. The high performance of this system and the functional spray booth. Placed in the spraying zone. Offer efficent protection against pollution for the operator and the work area. The product is fed to the spray guns by means of a diaphragm pump. It is also possible to use different feed system: low pressure. Airmix and airless. The reliability.
