Suitable for foil and veneer application.

Comprising of: infeed lay up table to support components approx. 3 m long.

Application unit equipped with infeed cleaning brush.

Top mounted roller unit for coil material.

Top mounted infeed table for strip material.

Hot melt glue applicator with tank.

Primary hot melt glue tank - pre heating.

Driven set of feed wheels/supports.

Variable feed speed control.

Driven conveyor with feed rollers (below) including top and side pressure idle rollers to suit shape.

Top cutting device for the foil between two pieces.

Left & right side trimming motors-universal.

Type 'PC/20 length trimming saw units with 2 saws.

Adjustable to suit length & support rollers.

Will suit lengths from 2.7 m to 3 m Electrical control panel integral in machine base.
