Capacity 1650 mm effective width. 2 resin storage tanks. 2 stainless steel mixing tanks. Overhead bridge crane with hoist for paper loading. Stationary double unreeling station. Impregnating system. Pull rollers arranged in an "S"-shaped curve. Three hold-down rollers pull the web out of the turret. Infeed section equipped with two edge cutters. Both with their own three-phase motors for the lower and upper knives. Moistening roller moistens underside of the paper and allows air to escape through the top side of the paper. Breathing section. Resin pump dip pan I and spray tube provided above the first dip roller to circulate the resin in pan I. Dip rollers. Exact resin application set on the dip rollers with a threaded spindle and worm gear. This can be done separately for both sides. Or both sides can be adjusted together at the operator's side. Smoothing rollers (resin spreaders). These two ro11ers are arranged above and below the web and have the function of smoothing the resin on the paper surface. Extraction hood. Ascending resin vapors are extracted through an extraction hood and are conveyed above the dip section and through a duct by an exhaust fan. Flotation dryer consists of individual drying sections with lifting doors on the sides. As well as air locks at the infeed and outfeed ends. Pull-out section and cooling rollers. Threading chain tensioner. A pneumatic tensioner is installed in the pull-out section to compensate for thermal expansion. Extraction hood an exhaust fan sucks the vapors from the web and the heated coo1ing air at the pull-out section through an extraction hood. Stationary doub1e unreeling station. Switch/control system. Control cabinet. Control and terminal boxes.
