Capacity 3000 x 1350 mm (118" x 53") usable working table size, side loading on the 118" side, lay up shuttle table from the front of the machine, the lay up table is mounted on a set of legs with a sliding mechanisim. The vacuum comparment is lifted manually with the support of 2 shock absorbers, the press is membraneless. The laminate that is being laid up acts as the membrane, the laminate is placed in the top of the vaccum chamber with the parts to be laminated placed on the lay up table, the laminate is heated with top mounted heaters and the vacuum used to do the actual lamination comes from underneath the table, once the lay up procedure is complete the vacuum chamber is pushed manually into the press, the control panel is sided mounted with the following controls and gauges, Voltage meter. 3 zone current meters. Adjustable pre heat time with LED readout. Adjustable temperature controls with LED readouts. Adjustable pressing time with LED readouts. Main heat control switch. Vacuum control switch. Press opening and closing switch, total power consumption 10 kW in set up mode and 3 kW during operation, vacuum -0.1 Mpa, there is an observation window from the front of the machine.
