Capacity 4" thick x 9" wide maximum, minimum 3/4" x 1" wide incoming board. Highly accurate push feed saw. Right-hand version (material feeds from right-to-left). 16" minimum to 14-3/4' maximum infeed board lengths. 3" minimum to 14-3/4' maximum outfeed lengths. 10 HP arbor motor driving 20-1/2" diameter blade with 30 mm bore at 2,900 RPM. Infeed system with precision servo controlled pusher bar motor at 295 fpm maximum. Travels full length of board reading crayon marks for cut to length, optimization & defecting marks. Precisely feeds the board into the saw with positioning accuracy of +/- 0.004" & cut accuracy of +/- 1/64". Waste gate for discharge of waste items from saw cuts. Marking station attached to the transport section accepts incoming lengths up to 14-3/4'. Saw uses (2) pneumatically operated side hold-over rolls before-and-after the saw blade. Computer controlled holddown shoe ensures stock is securely held in position during cut, holddown, hold-over devices. And precision servo controlled pusher arm provide square, accurate and high-quality cuts - even on large cross-sections. Programmable controls for cut lists. Optimizing for yield and defecting capability. Sort line with 2 HP motor driving a 10" wide x 23' long belt with (2) mechanical ejectors, encoder permits accurate sorts according to width, length or grade. End of belt can also be used in an additional sort for long fixed length parts, finger joint blocks, or long waste. Includes Label Printer with software package (110 Volt AC power requirements ). MILL VISION Software is not included but can be added acting as a link between design software such as CabinetVision or Cabinetware and the optimizing saw works in conjunction with the included label printer to identify parts, print statements can include job name, unit name, part dimensions or any unique identifier . Includes the width measurement option that allows random width boards to be run and sorted according to different cut bills. Application high production cut to length with optimizing .
