Capacity rear load 3,200 mm (10.5') panel saw C/W electronic pusher, PC based.

(optional can be PLC based deduct $4,000 US/ $4,500 Canadian), maximum saw blade size 455 mm (18").

Scoring blade size 180 mm, main motor drive 21 HP (optional larger motor available).

Scoring motor drive 3 HP.

Main carriage drive 3 HP with frequency changer.

Cutting speed 0-30 meters/min. (0-100'/min.), saw blade rotation 5,000 RPM.

Scoring blade rotation 6,000 RPM, saw blade projection 130 mm (5"), C/W 3 front air floatation tables.

Side alignment device and 8 electronic controlled clamps on the pusher with clamping force sensors, 2 hardened steel beams to support the saw carriage for accuracy and alignment, rack and pinion drives on both sides of the pusher for accuracy, For further information please contact us.
