32 mm Boring Machine C/W 4 Bottom. 2 Horizontal/5 Bottom. 1 Horizontal Boring. Capacity 84 spindle boring machine, this is one of the most versatile boring machines on the market today. It is ideal for small and larger shops because it has the flexibility of having the right side head in either the vertical or horizontal position, this allows end boring on both sides of the panel or if extra holes are required from the bottom. With a flick of a switch this head will move from vertical to horizontal, fixed left side horizontal head has 21 spindles at 32 mm apart as does the right side horizontal/vertical head, 2 bottom vertical heads are split heads with 11 spindles each (4 X 11). Allowing for line boring in the X or Y axis, side heads 2.2 kW (3 HP). Vertical heads 1.5 kW (2 HP), maximum drilling height 60 mm. Maximum drill diameter 35 mm using every other tool holder or 13 mm using every tool holder, maximum board size for drilling 2200 X 672 mm (87 X 26.5" deep). Minimum size 130 X 32 mm ( 5 X 1.25"), long infeed/outfeed fence approx. 2500 mm (8') with 4 movable pop up stops that are controlled from the control panel at the operator's side, control panel for turning on/off individual motors, foot pedal operated, mechanical digital readouts for ease of set up, 6 movable top mounted hold down clamps, safety emergency cord, supplied with air gun to clean parts.
