Capacity belt drive 1st bottom & first top heads 15 HP.

Side heads direct drive 16 HP motors top & bottom heads 20 HP direct drive Head Sequence: bottom, top, fence side, near side, 2nd top, 3rd top, 2nd bottom.

Pneumatic top pressures to all rolls.

Yellow fiberglass sound enclosure.

Machine is C/W Ziwo model CL-11 random length hopper, in 2008 a new control was built for the machine at a cost of $25,000 to control the speed on each spindle individually by inverters (see picture).

Machine is ideal for MDF mouldings and C/W a set of Hydro Lock Tooling.

Feed speed from 20 to 125 feet/min.

All spindles are 30 mm diameter.
