Description:

Feed speed and drive adjustable aluminum feed lugs on 9" centers. 3" heavy duty cast steel lug chain hydraulically driven recommended speeds from 35 to 80 lugs/min. Trim saw units (2) 5 HP spindle motors with 12" diameter x 1 1/8" bore carbide tipped blades. (2) 15 HP cutterhead units, dynamically balanced. Angle belt transfer, 3" continuous belt, hydraulically driven, variable speed to move and align materials from first shaper to second shaper. Cross transfer conveyor, 24' transfer belt powered from shaper drive. (2) 8" diameter dust outlets and (2) 4" diameter outlets. Includes Continuous Feed Assembly Machine Model FJSAS, thickness 3/4" to 2". Width 1 1/2" to 8", length 6 1/2" to 36". Feed speed and drive 50-150 FPM. Infeed conveyor 6" wide by 98" infeed table top chain driven by 1 HP gear motor. Side rolls one fixed roll and one movable roll tensioned by air to align one side of material driven from feed roll motor. (2) 8" diameter feed roll. (2) 7 1/2" diameter cast iron rolls driven by 5 HP gear motor, top rolls air tensioned. Hog saw Hydrolock adjustable 12" x 3/8" carbide tipped hogging blade, driven by 20 HP motor with 4' 7V-belt for perfect edge. Flying cut-off saw 5 HP belt driven, 14" diameter by 1" bore, carbide tipped blade. (2) out feed sections handle (2) boards simultaneously if less than 10', single boards up to 12' for vertical use only or less than 20' for other uses. Variable speed, hydraulically driven ejector plate and squeeze anvil, with adjustable pneumatic board hold-down. Retrim saw units (3) 5 HP low profile adjustable retrim saw units with 14" carbide tipped blade 1" bore. Load out arms handle 20-30 boards before stacking, depending on width.
