Description:
Capacity 25" - 96" V grooved drawer parts. Individual parts from 10" (parts without V groove),parts from 2-1/2" to 13-3/4" width. Material thickness 7/16" and 1/2". Parts exit to the rear of machine. CNC hopper feed. Double sided feed through horizontal and vertical bore - dowel and V-Groove machine, for drawer and drawer fronts. 9 spindle vertical drilling on one side for the four sided drawer. 3 banks of 9 spindle vertical boring heads for the drawer front drilling. 2 horizontal groups of dowel inserter with a quantity of 9 each. 3 V grooving heads with the ability to be 4" on center. Machine set up to run 8 x 30 mm dowels. 2 vibratory feed bowls each. Advantech Automation 15" color touch screen control with industrial computer. New 2004.
