Capacity 101' x 52" finishing line for staining and painting wooden panels or parts. Speed: approx. 5-6 m (17'-20') /min. Include: Spraying machine Type HGS-Z. Spray Booth with all elements for operating the machine. Including pressure regulators, manometers, gun test buttons. And feeler group for all functions of the machine including "Emergency Stop" button. All electrical control elements are pre wired on two terminal boxes at the servicing panel. 1 gun drive system type Z with one fully enclosed linear gun carrier, driven by a servo motor. The gun speed is infinitely variable and is altered at the display of the free programmable control in the control cabinet. Effective gun speed 0.4-2.5 m (16"-100") /sec. One the carrier arm has 4 spray guns (but can fit up to 8 spray guns. Up to 10 spray programs for different products can be selected at the servicing panel by a selector switch. Each spray gun includes clamps and brackets for free height and angle setting. Closed belt conveyor with lacquer recovery system for direct return of fresh overspray into a collecting container.
