Capacity 51" wide. 4-Head (crossbelt - drum - drum - platen). 1st Head: Crossbelt with electronic controlled segmented platen, (24) segments, each 54 mm wide, eliminates dubbing and sand throughs in leading side & trailing edges, 6" x 216-1/2" long abrasive belt with a 5" x 170-1/2" inside chevron belt, (3) speed motor 9 - 12 & 18 HP, abrasive belt speed 690 - 1,380 & 2,800 SFPM. 2nd Head: Steel contact roll, 12-1/2" diameter, 42 HP motor, abrasive belt speed 1,890 & 3,940 SFPM. 3rd Head: Rubber covered (contact roll. 12-1/2" diameter, 30 durometer), 18 HP variable speed motor. Abrasive belt speed 890 to 3,200 SFPM. 4th Head: Segmented polishing platen. Electronically controlled with (24) segments, each 54 mm wide. Eliminates dubbing and sand throughs on leading side & trailing edges, 18 HP variable speed motor, abrasive belt speed 890 to 3,200 SFPM, outfeed rotary panel buffing brush w/extra fine Scotch Brite, 4 HP motor. 103" x 52" Abrasive belts on heads 2 - 3 & 4. All heads equipped with oscillating air blast belt cleaners and electronic abrasive belt tracking. 4.5 HP feed drive. Variable feed speed 15 - 75 FPM with LED readout controlled from main panel. Vacuum bed assembly with 18 HP vacuum fan. Sectional floating bed under both contact rolls. Infeed and outfeed holddown shoes with anti-friction tips and pinch rolls. Automatic conveyor belt tracking. Infeed & outfeed conveyor roller extensions. 1/8" to 5-1/4" motorized thickness adjustment with LED readout. Separate electrical control cabinet houses computer with keyboard & monitor, displays all working functions and has a (99) program memory. Emergency stops on infeed and outfeed. Load meters for each head with LED readout. Star delta reduced Voltage starting on sanding heads.
