  • A fleece roll uncoiling air shaft 76 mm (3") with centering system and pneumatic brake.

  • The glue is supplied to the gluing head.
  • Just between the application and the doctor rollers.
  • The glue dosing is realised by means of a spindle that controls the rollers separation.
  • The fleece roll is loaded in its shaft adjusting the brake for a regular uncoiling.
  • The veneer end is inserted into the gluing head under the application roller.
  • The counter pressure roller raises automatically starting with the veneer gluing and feeding.
  • The glued veneer enters then into the drying tunnel under the infrared lamps caught by the vacuum belt.
  • Getting ready to stick against the fleece.
  • The calendering zone contains three heated top rollers with pneumatic pressing power and three driven and cold counter pressure rollers.
  • The electric heating elements inside the rollers achieve a roller surface temperature of 200C.
  • The fleece gets in contact with the glued veneer surface in the first calendering roller set.
  • The fleeced veneer exits the calendering zone in continue ready to get rewound or stacked.
  • The machine is ready to get plugged to the factory's pressure net and includes air filter.
  • Regulator and oilier.
  • Electric cabinet with the necessary wiring and commanding according to EC standards.
  • Pneumatic pump with electric glue level detector for automatic glue supply to the gluing head according to the glue requirements.
