Capacity width 1300 X 120 mm (51" X 4 3/4"), 2 head - 1st head contact drum 30 kW (40 HP), 2nd head combination head 22 kW (30 HP), with roller type cleaning brush and independent dust extraction, belt size 87" X 52", sanding belt tracking by electronic photo sensor, variable feed speed 4 kW (5 HP).

5.5-27.5 m/min. (18 - 90'/min.), equipped with hold down shoe.

Infeed and outfeed roller.

Heavy duty rubber conveyor belt with pneumatic belt tracking, powered raise and lower with 0.55 kW (3/4 HP) motor with fine adjustment for each head independently, easy removal of sand paper for quick set up, equipped with air blowers to clean the sanding belts and dust hoods, front mounted control panel with Amp meters and Voltmeter, electronic measuring device with LED readouts, independent controls for each head, working air pressure 0.5 MPa, dust extraction consumption approx. 9000 m3/h (5300 Cfm).

1st head 9" diameter 2nd head 8" and 3rd brush 6".

Dust connection 5 x 5" diameter.
