Description:

Capacity 24" (600 mm) wide single sided hot melt glue spreader.

Heated application roller with a maximum temperature of 300F (150C) and diameter of 9.5"(240 mm).

Doctor roller diameter 7.5" (190 mm).

Bottom rubber drive roller 9.5" (240 mm).

Heated application roller heated by thermic oil with a 18 kW heater and a 2 HP (1.5 kW) circulation pump.

Main drive 3 HP (2.2 kW).

3 roller 3"(80 mm) diameter infeed conveyors and 2 roller 3" (80 mm) outfeed conveyor each powered by a 2 HP (1.5 kW) motor and gearbox.

Variable speed from 3 - 80'/min. (1-25m/min.).
