Description:
Capacity 18" - 48" wide doors up to 96" tall. Thickness from 1 3/8" to 1 3/4". Lock back set 2 3/8" - 5" and jambs from 3 1/2" to 10 1/2" wide x 8" long. 1/2" to 1 1/4" thickness, butts 3 1/2" - 5", 1/4" - 5/8" radius, infinite spacing. Equipped with (2) powered feed wheels to carry the door over the 5 HP edge beveler, (2) flap sanding heads ease the corners. Equipped with (1) faceplate router assembly for latch plate cutout on door, (1) lock set borer for edge and face boring, butt router is built into a mortising "carriage". Machine upgrades make it very accurate for sizing doors with no snipe that have locking stops to keep bed rollers aligned. Preset hinge template bars for 80", 84", 90". And 96" that do not require any adjustment of stops and (2) adjustable bars with stops to do anything in between, this allows for no adjustments needed on the different setups. Machine rebuilt in 1996 and is currently in use and is being upgraded by the seller to accomodate larger doors.
